About Us

I started Ink in 2020, right after we went into quarantine. It's actually a really simple story. I (Bruce) had been working on a book for almost 7 years and was anxious to publish it after all that time. Because I was anxious to see it in print, I didn't want to wait for additional time to find an agent and solicit traditional publishers. So, I learned the process of self-publishing and started my own publishing company. 

The name "Ink" comes from the name that my wife and I wanted to give to our future hopeful bookstore/coffee shop.
